At Rubiaceae Consulting, we aim to help you save time and money the first-time round, with professional advice, SCA accredited training and industry leading roastery solutions. Rubiaceae Consulting is so committed to training that we have partnered with London School of Coffee to share training and showroom space in Wandsworth, London.

Rubiaceae Consulting was set up as the UK & NI Ireland distributor for Diedrich Roasters LLC based in Sandpoint, USA. A large part of that role is to assist our UK & NI clients with importation, commissioning, training, engineering support, as well as to hold Diedrich Roasters parts in the UK for our clients. Jamie Banwell has been the Diedrich Roasters Distributor in the UK & NI since 2012 and the European Sales Director for Diedrich Roasters since 2016. Jamie has been a UKBC head judge, a Q-grader and has been a registered Specialty Coffee Association AST Coffee Roasting trainer for 8-years.

Since the start in 2012, the role of supporting clients has expanded to include many other areas. Rubiaceae Consulting Ltd has grown with its clients and their need for ancillary equipment, such as emissions control systems, silos, conveying systems, colour sorters; through to slot and toll roasting, advice on roastery start-ups to roastery expansion and even financing solutions. Over the years, our team has also expanded and now Catherine Banwell leads the operations side of the business, ensuring that each client has a smooth experience with us right from the start.
