Toll roasting/
Private label

Also know as Contract Roasting, this service allows our clients to create their own label and custom blends. You select green beans sourced from our supplier and we roast it for you. It’s as easy as that!

With this service, we can work with you to get the exact flavour profile you're looking for. Profiling comes at an extra cost but is well worth the investment.

Simply collect your coffee in our reusable 12kg containers or provide us with pre-labelled bags; we’ll store it until you’re ready to collect it. The use of Mercanta Micro speciality green beans is a prerequisite, as previously mentioned.

Option A: Collected in reusable container - £3 per kilo roasted coffee (in addition to the green bean charge), with a minimum order of 30 kilos (half-bag of roasted coffee)

Option B: Collected in client provided pre-labelled bags - £4 per kilo roasted coffee (in addition to the green bean charge), with a minimum order of 60 kilos (whole-bag of roasted coffee)
