The machine will fill with water and the patented filtration and extraction process begins. For infused spirits and cocktails, you simply add the ingredients of your choice to the infusion basket and add your alcohol. Then wait for your infusion cycle to complete.

 

Depending on your Hardtank solution, dispense your drink through your kegerator tap; transfer it to under-counter kegs, bottles or bags; or store it in a barrel. You can also take your drink to the next level with Hardtank nitro cold brew technology. Pour it from integrated taps, a counter-top drink dispenser or a simple bag in a box dispenser. All options create delicious, cold and creamy drinks easily and consistently.
